If you installed the SCT device updater before you plugged the device in then this should be easy to fix.
With your device connected:
Open your computers Device Manager.
Look for a device that is not installed like one with a yellow exclamation mark. (Here is a screenshot of what you are looking for.)
If you see this, right click it and select update driver.
A new window should open up and give you the option to either automatically search, or browse for files.

How To Flash Stock ROM On Your Device
Step 1: To get started, download the stock ROM file from the link given above. Once done, extract the zip file to get the SPD Upgrade Tool, Lenovo A300T USB driver, IMEI tool and the stock ROM file.
Step 2: Now install Lenovo A300T USB drivers in your computer. Once done, launch the SPD Upgrade Tool by click on the “ResearchDownload.exe” file.

Step 4: Now choose the stock ROM file and click on “Open” as shown below.
